Maybe that’s Beautiful I’d Rather Be Kayaking Shirt why I’m coping so well at the moment. I’ve had severe OCD and anxiety since I was a kid and have spent more than a decade in therapy training as it were to deal with this moment. I had a small stumble with depression at the very beginning of the pandemic, but I’ve been rocking in a groove since July. I feel great and am meeting every challenge as it comes without being overwhelmed or preoccupied with them. It must be all these years of therapy that are finally paying off. Yep, it’s objectively bad. Hard not to have a low mood! That’s exactly right.

IMHO those of us with a history of struggles, ’ve had years of practice. Someone would need to be the mental-health equivalent of an Olympian to get through this unscathed. I feel simultaneously stretched from Beautiful I’d Rather Be Kayaking Shirts in all directions and yet like I’m buried underground with the pressure to make diamonds. I feel wretched. I’ve been quite proud of myself for maintaining some pretty darn good mental health through this whole cluster, but in the last couple of months, my attention span has been completely shot. Like, can’t concentrate on a single activity for more than about 3 minutes at a time bad.
