The requirement is to prevent the timer from getting down to less than 50% remaining. Every time you dunk a ball in the middle/map area some time is added back. You can get one of these orbs from killing the “true” berserker who drops 2 orbs, or from killing a “decoy”

Berserker who only drops a middle orb k around the Good Hold The Line Corporal James O’connor Shirt ionized buff. In between killing decoys, these two help kill all the ads around the central map location. The other four people were tasked with finding and killing the true berserkers- with the person to last dunk at the map location giving the map callouts for the other 3 people.
