Without giving anything away, it’s just the Lonesome Dove Book 30th Anniversary Larry Mcmurtry 1989-2019 Signature Shirt author’s prose for the most part. He writes the west very forlorn but beautiful. The realism you feel when reading it adds a lot of weight to the different things that happen to the characters and their loves, desires, etc. you really “get” them and feel for them. I characters that appear you’ll be upset about having to follow along on their arcs for all of about 2 pages and then you’re hooked on them.

A group will be having a conversation or some sort of hectic action scene and he will just bounce through different points of view so elegantly that you would think something like that would be jarring but it just fucking works so well. It’s incredible. I don’t know if you’ve ever read George RR, but it feels very similar. I think George must have had some sort of influence from McMurtry because they’re writing styles are too akin to not be.

My favorite book was Comanche moon, even though lonesome dove and streets of Lonesome Dove Book 30th Anniversary Larry Mcmurtry 1989-2019 Signature Shirt Laredo were also really good I found Comanche moon to have the most interesting characters with. It’s the most character and story packed as a lonesome dove is kind of the final collapse of the whole original crew while Comanche moon is when they are at their peak.
