Other than the Snowman Frosty Christmas Shirt butcher job they did on the ending, the movie isn’t that bad. It’s lackluster but is visually very true to the comic. Sometimes even shot for shot, so to speak. You’ll get the gist of the original story but it won’t shed light on the Ozymandias/squid storyline. I just don’t understand why they fundamentally changed the ending except to make it bigger. Ruins the whole movie. The scarier follow question is why was this omitted from your education. Exactly my point. The creator of the show learned about it when he read about The case for reparations.

Almost all of it is exaggerated for Hollywood though. That show made me Snowman Frosty Christmas Shirt think that there was just enough to it that it could be a real thing. So I looked it up to make sure it wasn’t just a bit of the show and their slightly askew alternative universe. I didn’t know this was a real thing until I saw the Watchmen. I came to high school in Oklahoma. Never a word of this taught. If it wasn’t for Watchmen, half of us wouldn’t even know about it, they did a good job of hiding this part of history.
