“Good list. I like After Life, but my favorite Kore-eda movies are Still Walking about how a Beautiful Love My Trucker Shirt family reacts to lose and Nobody Knows about a group of children who are abandoned and learn to live on their own. I also love The Taste of Tea but you should know that it is both slow and super quirky. It’s a slice of life of four women in their thirties who are friends. Absolutely beautiful. Nobody knows is amazing.. one of my all-time favorite movies, but maybe not as good for language learning as some of his other movies.
