The one thing that is constant is the Direct files never buffer. The first time I ran the tests were during the week in the evening and I had buffering from the Location B + CDN file. Today it was buffering from the Location A + CDN file. I wi start doing the browser tests but seems to me this issue is random and effects CDN.
