Seresto collars are actually on the expensive side compared to other collars and treatments. The reason a lot of people, myself included, get it for their pets is that they’ve discovered that the fleas in their area have become immune to Frontline and Advantage. Capstar worked a little better but it was ultimately ineffective too. Seresto is pretty new so there isn’t much immunity to it yet plus it’s not like Bayer is some no-name knockoff brand so we figured it would be ok.

Our indoor cats picked up fleas from an apartment that wasn’t adequately cleaned before. Nice 41 Years 1980 2021 D P CH MOD Thank You For The Memories Signatures Shirts we moved in. We moved again and after a year of using the collars. There weren’t any more fleas so we stopped using the collars (about 3-4 years ago now). And the fleas have never come back. I can say the quick release on the collar does not work well. We had to rescue one of our cats a couple of times. Because she got the collar stuck on something and it didn’t come off like it’s supposed to.
