Yeah, it was a sad day. I love SAB and seeing the Pretty Labyrinth Characters Friends Shirt outright hate it got was sad. And Josh says it best, that World 2’s design actually suffered from not cutting enough. Those levels are just way too big, and some parts of them aren’t very fun even in normal mode. Some people commented that W2 felt like it was in Tribulation Mode by default which, while a bit extreme, captured the feeling well I guess. W1 kinda hit lightning in a bottle when it comes to the difficulty for both normal and Trib mode.

Last year I made a more detailed suggestion to split current w2 into w2+w3, but it got downvotes IIRC. This year I’m probably going to make a suggestion about changing the Pretty Labyrinth Characters Friends Shirt way shortcuts work a bit (without removing the ability for people to avoid playing the whole thing if they don’t want to) Honestly, I dunno. W2 isn’t fun for me. It was fun once, but it’s too long a run now to enjoy. W1 I can still enjoy doing. I can’t exactly tell you why outside of run-length but that’s definitely a part of it. Shortcuts kinda alleviate that, but that’s about it
